List of Ingredients

  • 1-2  tablespoons ACV (according to taste)
  • 8-10 oz. filtered water (you do not want chemicals in the water)
  • juice of half lemon or orange

I also either add some raw honey or a little stevia. Just add little by little till your taste agrees.

Add all ingredients to a large glass (do not put in a metal container ever) and stir to combine.

My all time favourite is to add some freshly pressed ginger – it really gives it a good taste.

Please try to use raw unfiltered organic apple cider vinegar with mother because it contains a fermented culture similar to Kombucha and contains good bacteria in a potent form.
